Italian Colada Cocktail

A creamy concoction that can't decide if it's from Italy or the Islands.

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 ounce Italian brandy
• 3⁄4 ounce white rum
• 1⁄4 ounce amaretto liqueur
• 2  ounces  pineapple juice
• 1⁄4 ounce coconut cream
• 3⁄4 ounce  cream

Directions

1. Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a cherry, and serve.
