Italian Chicken Cigars

My adaptation of a Rachael Ray recipe. These could be served as appetizers or for dinner with a green salad. Show more

  1. Cook garlic, onion and chicken in olive oil until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Add spices, parmesan cheese, basil and tomatoes.
  3. Brush pastry sheets with butter. Top with chicken mixture and roll up. Slice into 8 pieces. Bakes at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
