Italian Chicken Cigars

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1⁄4 cup sun-dried tomato, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 puff pastry sheets, thawed
Directions
- Cook garlic, onion and chicken in olive oil until chicken is cooked through.
- Add spices, parmesan cheese, basil and tomatoes.
- Brush pastry sheets with butter. Top with chicken mixture and roll up. Slice into 8 pieces. Bakes at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
