ITALIAN CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE RECIPE

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 50 g breast piece chicken
- 1 teaspoon mixed herbs, powder
- salt, as per taste
- 2 -3 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1⁄2 cup green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1⁄4 cup sliced yellow zucchini, 1 cup broccoli
- 1⁄2 cup bell pepper, strips
- 1 small sliced onion
Directions
- Step 1.
- Heat oil in large non-stick pan on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.
- Step 2.
- Stir in vegetables, Italian seasoning and seasoned salt. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add cherry tomatoes; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until tomatoes are slightly softened and chicken is cooked through.
