Italian Butter Cookies That Contain No Butter

Ingredients
- 1 cup Crisco cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup orange juice
- orange zest
- 3 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
frosting
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon orange juice
- 2 teaspoons grated orange rind
Directions
- process first 9 ingredients in food processor till smooth.
- mixture will be thick.
- bake at 350 degrees 10- 12 minutes don't overcook.
- prepare frosting and frost.
