Italian Beef Hoagies

Yields: 6 hoagies
Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 medium onion
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 ounce onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 6 warm hoagie rolls
- 6 slices provolone cheese
Directions
- cook hamburger with garlic and onion add sliced bell peppers water vinegar, soup mix, and seasoning and simmer over medium heat. top with cheese and let melt. spoon into hoagie rolls.
- to freeze:Freeze all ingredients cooked with out cheese.
