Italian Baked Zucchini

Ingredients
- 4 zucchini
- 1 tomatoes
- italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 ounces Fontina cheese, grated
Directions
- Slice zucchini in 1/2 inch slices.
- Sauté in olive oil until slightly soft.
- Spread zucchini in baking dish.
- Slice tomato over zucchini.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake in 350°F oven for 20 minutes.
