Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, canned crushed pineapple is fine
- 1 cup mango
- 1 cup red bell pepper
- 2⁄3 cup kiwi
- 3⁄4 cup red onion
- 1⁄4 cup cilantro
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- minced serrano chili
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Finely chop all ingredients with knife or food processor. Mix well, Add serrano chilies a little at a time to taste.
