Irish's BBQ Ribs

Ingredients
- 1 lb rib
- 12 ounces jack daniels original no. 7 barbecue sauce
- 1 dash salt, thyme, rosemary, basil, etc (optional)
Directions
- Par-boil ribs for 40 minutes on simmer. (add salt or other herbs here if you like).
- Put on grill and slow cook each side for 10 minutes.
- Brush on bbq sauce.
- Grill until slightly crisp. (Approximately 20 minutes).
