  1. I started by frying thick slices of potatoes in vegetable oil until they turned golden! Drained them on paper towels and sprinkled with Seasoned Salt!
  2. Then I took the potatoes and layered them on the bottom of my skillet.
  3. added my chopped cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, onion, and jalapenos.
  4. It’s ready to be put it in the oven on broil for 10 – 15 minutes to make it hot and delicious!
  5. Then just add the sour cream, scallions, tomatoes, and more jalapenos if you like! Top it off just like you would your favorite nachos. You are going to LOVE it! It tastes even better than Nachos!
