Irish Mist Whiskey Carrots

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 2 lbs carrots, peeled, sliced into discs
- 1⁄2 cup whiskey, Irish Mist
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
Directions
- Melt butter.
- Add carrots.
- Cook for a minute.
- Remove from heat.
- Add whiskey OFF the stove.
- Add brown sugar.
- Return to stove.
- Cook covered for 5 minutes or until carrots are as tender as you like them.
