Ingredients
- 3 lbs corned beef brisket, with spice packet
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄3 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 4 cups coarsely shredded cabbage
- 8 kaiser rolls
- dijon-style mustard
Directions
- Trim meat. Sprinkle spices over meat. Place in slow cooker.
- Combine water, mustard and horseradish. Pour over meat and top with cabbage.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Transfer meat to cutting board. Thinly slice across the grain. Place on rolls.
- With slotted spoon, place some of the cooked cabbage on the meat.
