Irish Creme

Yields: 4 gallons
Ingredients
- 16 eggs
- 11 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 9 teaspoons chocolate syrup
- 9 teaspoons instant coffee
- 2 cups whiskey (preferably Canadian Mist Rye)
- 12 cups whiskey (preferably Canadian Mist Rye)
- 16 cups heavy cream
Directions
- In very large bowl:.
- Beat 16 eggs until uniform in texture & color.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk to eggs and beat until well blended & uniform.
- Add chocolate syrup to eggs and milk.
- In separate bowl:.
- Add 2 cups canadian mist and 9 tsp instant coffee together and blend until coffee is fully disolved. Add to egg & milk mixture.
- Add in remaining 10 cups of rye.
- Add 16 cups of cream and beat until smooth and uniform.
- Pour into individual 1/2 gallon or 1 gallon sized bottles and keep refrigerated. Will keep for 3-4 weeks.
