Irish Cream (Grand Pa VanPelt's recipe)

My Grandfather has made this for years.. He could not remember where the recipe came from...than again that was after a pint...... This is goes good with a hot cup of coffee. Show more

Yields: 3 quarts

Ingredients

  • 1  cup  very strong black coffee (cooled)
  • 1  pint  Irish whiskey
  • 6  beaten eggs
  • 4  tablespoons  hershey chocolate.  syrup
  • 2  tablespoons vanilla
  • 2  cans  Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
  • 3  pints half-and-half

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into blender.
  2. Mix until well blended.
  3. Refrigerate and enjoy.
