Irish Cream Balls

A great Christmas cookie. Make them a week before to let the flavor develop

Yields: 30 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1  package  vanilla wafer cookie
  • 12 cup irish cream
  • 14 cup  milk chocolate
  • 1  cup coconut

Directions

  1. Crush the vanilla wafers- a food processor is the fastest for this.
  2. Melt the chocolate and add to the crushed wafers, along with the liqueur.
  3. Roll into small balls and roll in coconut to coat.
  4. Refrigerate to set, then pack in containers and keep refrigerated.
