Yields: 2 750 mL bottles (standard wine bottle size)
Ingredients
- 1 cup Irish whiskey (Bushmills)
- 3 eggs
- 12 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 10 ounces whipping cream
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons powdered chocolate milk mix (Quick brand)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon coconut extract
Directions
- add ingredients in blender.
- blend on high until frothy.
- pour into desired container.
- chill overnight (the flavors come out the more they sit).
- serve over ice or in coffee.
