  1. Saute onion in oil in a large saucepan until tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle with flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in corn and milk. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
