Instant Pot Taco Meat

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the instant pot except for the ground beef.
  2. Press the saute button and stir fry for 5 or 6 minutes.
  3. Then add the ground beef and cook until mostly brown.
  4. Secure the lid, close the pressure valve, and cook for 10 minutes at high pressure.
  5. Naturally release pressure (or you can quick release too if you're in a hurry).
  6. Open the lid, and if the meat is released any liquid then press the saute button and boil it off.
  7. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
