Instant Peach Sorbet

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen peach slices
- 1⁄2 cup superfine sugar
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons amaretto liqueur
Directions
- In a food processor, combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, amaretto and ¼ cup water.
- Puree until smooth. Serve immediately or store in a covered container in the freezer.
