Instant Party Potatoes

Ingredients

• 2 2⁄3 cups  instant potato flakes
• 3  cups water
• 4  tablespoons margarine
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 3⁄4 cup milk
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1  cup sour cream
• 1  teaspoon garlic powder
• 1  teaspoon  minced onion
•  paprika

Directions

1. Mix together ingredients. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
