Instant Hot Chocolate Mix

From the cookbook "A Garden of Recipes" - The Fort Worth Botanic Garden - Fort Worth, Texas 1993 - Another recipe that I have seen in many older cookbboks.

• Serves: 18

Ingredients

• 1 (8 quart) box powdered milk
• 6  ounces  Cremora
• 1 1⁄2 lbs powdered sugar
• 1  cup  cocoa

Directions

1. Sift together to mix thorougly.
2. For 1 cup, measure 1/3 cup mix and add hot water to fill.
