Ingredients
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1⁄2 cup applesauce
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 1⁄2 cups boiling water
- 1⁄2 cup banana, blueberries, sliced strawberries, sliced
Directions
- Combine oatmeal, applesauce, raisins or dates and cinnamon or mace in a medium bowl. Add boiling water and fruit, stir, let rest for 5 minutes, then eat.
