Instant Cheese Sauce II

This is a very good, quick and easy cheese sauce that has many uses such as topping vegetables and baked potatoes.

• Yields: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

• 11  ounces  cheddar cheese soup
• 1⁄4-1⁄3 cup milk
•  prepared mustard

Directions

1. Stir cheddar cheese soup until smooth.
2. Blend soup with milk.
3. Season as desired with prepared mustard.
4. Heat, stirring often.
