Insanity Teriyaki

Yields: 1 1/2 cups approx
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4-3⁄8 cup orange juice
- 1 bunch green onion, minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
- 10 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 4 tablespoons sesame seeds, roasted
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1⁄8-1⁄4 cup sugar, to taste
- 8 drops hot sauce, extreme, like Dave's Total Insanity Sauce or 1 small habanero, minced
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce (optional)
- 2 teaspoons orange zest (optional)
Directions
- Can be as simple as just combining all the unminced items into a food processor, and mince together.
- Add remaining ingredients, except sugar, and mix.
- Sample, and add additional sugar to taste.
- Marinate chicken for up to 1 day before cooking, or use as a dipping sauce.
