Indian Style Croquettes & Fried Potato Peel

Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 4 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons plain flour
Directions
- Peel the potatoes and cut up into chunks and put into a boiling pan of water.
- Wash the peel & season with salt & black pepper leave to marinate.
- When potatoes are boiled, mash them up thoroughly. Add the milk, and the tikka spice & salt. Mix it up, and you should be able to smell the spices.
- Make the mash up into golf ball sized balls, then cover them in plain flour. Once done, put them into the fryer.
- Take them out the fryer, and add the peel. Put the croquettes in a pan with the peel and leave them in there for about ten minutes at 100 degrees, fan.
