Indian Rice

Ingredients
- 1 (129 g) bag instant brown rice (Success 10 minute)
- 1 (12 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
- Cut Rice Bag Open.
- I use a microwave rice steamer (e-mail me for more info). But a microwave bowl would work fine.
- Mix all ingredients into bowl or cooker.
- Microwave for 12 minutes or until rice is cooked and mixture thickens.
