Indian Potato Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 lb mashed potatoes
- 3 green chilies, chopped
- 2 ounces cilantro
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon mango powder
- vegetable oil (for frying)
Directions
- Mix mashed potatoes with chilies, coriander, cumin and mango powder. Add salt to taste.
- Shape mixture into little cakes; fry each side until golden brown.
