Incredible Pecans

Ingredients
- 1 lb pecan halves
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 275.
- Toast pecans for 10 minutes.
- Let cool while making the coating.
- Raise temperature to 325.
- Whip egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
- Fold in sugar, cinnamon, salt and pecans.
- Melt butter on cookie sheet in oven.
- Spread coated pecans onto cookie sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
