  1. In a medium saucepan mix all ingredients (except butter) and cook over medium heat until boiling. Cook for 5min's.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in butter.
  3. Serve hot over burgers or seal in an air tight container and keep in fridge up to 2 weeks.
