Imitation Crab Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb imitation crabmeat, diced
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground mustard
- salt & pepper
- breadcrumbs
- hot cooked rice
White sauce
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
Directions
- Make 2 cups white sauce.
- Add diced crabmeat to white sauce.
- Stir, let thicken.
- Add mustard, salt and pepper.
- Stir and simmer.
- Put all into casserole dish.
- Top with breadcrumbs.
- Cook at 350 for about 30 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
