Ila's Crab With Dill on Toast

Ingredients
- 6 pieces white bread
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Crab Mixture
- 6 ounces fresh crabmeat
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
Directions
- Cut the crusts off the bread and then cut them into 1/4’s. Mix together the butter, red pepper flakes and salt. Brush the bread with this mixture. Bake on a cookie sheet for 10 min at 375 degrees or until golden brown.
- Mix the crab mixture and place on warm toast. Garnish with a fresh dill sprig.
