  1. Steep tea in boiled water for 15 minutes.
  2. Strain out loose tea, add liquid and sugar into a pot, boil for 10 minutes. Take off heat and cool.
  3. Add 1 Tbsp to a glass and fill with chilled water and ice; add garnish if desired.
