Iced Coffee the Easy Way!

I see lots of recipes for iced coffee, and I have an easy way to make it! My hubby drinks a cup of coffee every morning, so as not to waste the rest of the pot, I began adding Splenda and Coffeemate powder to the hot leftover coffee. You can use the powdered creamer(I prefer Coffeemate)ay flavor, or the liquid kind. If you like the flavored ones, go ahead! Mine keeps about a week. Sometimes I might want a cup of coffee in the evening, so I just put some of the "leftovers" lol in a heat-proof cup and pop it into the microwave for a minute or two. Great either way! Mine keeps for about a week. Show more
