Iced Cinnamon Coffee

Very refreshing on a hot day. This can be steeped ahead and finished when the guests arrive.

  1. Pour coffee over cinnamon and cloves. Cover and leave to infuse for at least one hour.
  2. Remove cinnamon and cloves.
  3. Sweeten to taste.
  4. Pour into blender. Add cream and six ice cubes.
  5. Blend to a creamy froth.
  6. Serve right away.
  7. Does not include infusing time.
