Ice Cream Fudge

Got this unusual fudge recipe from a co-worker.

Ready In: 8 hrs 30 mins

Yields: 36 pieces

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate in microwave.
  2. Add softened ice cream to chocolate stirring until smooth.
  3. Add in nuts.
  4. Press into buttered 8 or 9 inch square pan which has been lined with foil or plastic wrap with ends outside of pan.
  5. Refrigerate until firm.
  6. Lift out of pan holding ends of foil or plastic wrap. Cut into bite size pieces to serve.
