Ice Cream Apple Refresher

Another simple recipe from my Great American Easy Gourmet cookbook. I have not tried, this but it sound delicious for hot weather (if it ever gets here this year) I imagine you could "kick it up" with chunks of real apple. If you try it, I hope you enjoy!

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 1  quart  apple juice, chilled
• 1  pint vanilla ice cream
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until frothy.
2. Serve immediately.
