I-Want-Somemore-Of-It Frosting

This is a very light frosting (kind of like marshmallow cream) that is wonderful for a chocolate cake.

• Ready In: 25 mins
• Yields: 1 double layer cake

Ingredients

• 1  cup milk
• 4  tablespoons flour
• 1  cup sugar
• 1  cup  Crisco
• 1  teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. Pour milk in a small saucepan, add flour.
2. Cook over medium heat and whisk constantly until a thick paste.
3. Let cool.
4. Cream together sugar and Crisco.
5. Add paste.
6. Beat until creamy and then add vanilla.
