Hurry Hurry Superb Fried Fish Fillets

This is so easy that I can have supper ready in twenty minutes and so good that there is never a scrap leftover. My DH loves this in a sandwich but I find it so good that I don't want to cover the taste up with anything so I eat it as is. I actually am quite surprised not to see this posted as this is just wonderful. I also highly recommend that you only use fresh fish for this recipe because while it'll still be good using defrosted fish it won't taste half as delicious. Show more
