Hunter's Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 lb sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons minced onions
- 1⁄3 cup white wine
- 1⁄2 cup chopped tomato
- 3 teaspoons water
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Directions
- Melt butter in 10 inch skillet.
- Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper.
- Fry for 3 minutes.
- Add onion, fry 1 more minute.
- Add wine.
- Cook on high 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, cook 5 minutes.
- Mix water and cornstarch, add to skillet stirring until bubbly.
