Hungarian Salt Sticks

Ingredients
- 1 lb farmer cheese
- 1 lb butter
- 1 lb flour
- 2 egg yolks
- caraway seed
- kosher salt
Directions
- Mix and knead above well, roll out about 1/4 inch thick, paint top with the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with kosher salt and caraway seeds.
- Cut into 1/2 inch strips about 4-6 inches long.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until lightly brown.
- Serve as bread stick with drinks.
