Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 lbs cubed roast beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt (or more)
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- salt and pepper
- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 lb egg noodles
Directions
- brown meat, onion, bell pepper and oil - can purchase diced onion and bell pepper in the frozen vegetables at the market.
- add seasoning.
- add tomato sauce and cook for 3 hours on low.
- serve over cooked egg noodles.
