Hungarian Beef

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs stewing beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3⁄4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Hungarian paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 dash red cayenne pepper
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄4 cup water
- hot cooked noodles
Directions
- Brown the beef in a small amount of oil. Stir in next 9 ingredients. Simmer, covered 2-2 1/2 hours, or until meat is tender. Blend in flour and remaining 1/4 cup water and stir into sauce. Cook until thickened.
