Hummus With Garlic

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas
- 1⁄4 cup reserved bean water
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3 -4 garlic cloves
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- fresh cracked pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
Directions
- Place all ingredients into food processor and pulse until it reaches the desired consistency. Some people prefer a smooth consistency- I like to leave it a little chunky. Serve with pretzels, flat bread, crackers or whatever you like.
