Hummus the Healthy Way

Ingredients
- 800 g canned chick-peas, drained
- 1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
- 3 tablespoons tahini paste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- white pepper, to taste
- salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes, dried
- 3⁄4 cup water
Directions
- Put all ingredients except water into food processor and process until well mixed.
- Slowly add water until desired consistency is reached.
