  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cut baguette into long slices lengthwise. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake about 10 minutes until light brown and toasted.
  3. Spread hummus over each toast. Top with ribbons of cucumber and a sprinkle of feta. Drizzle with a small amount of olive oil and finish with red pepper flakes.
