Hummus Bi Tahini

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
- 1⁄4 cup tahini sesame butter
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Put the garbanzo beans, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic into a blender or food processor with steel blade.rocess until the hummus is smooth.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to serving bowl and drizzle with a little additional olive oil to prevent drying out.
