Ingredients
- 32 ounces canned chickpeas, drained, juice reserved
- 1 tablespoon and 2 tsps tahini
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 cup chick pea juice
Directions
- Place all ingredients in food processor / blender.
- Blend for 8 minutes.
- Top with any or all of the following: Paprika, cumin, chick peas, parsley, lamb, EVOO, and enjoy!
