Hummus

Ingredients
- 15 ounces garbanzo beans
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic cloves
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Drain and rinse beans.
- In a blender puree all of the ingredients until smooth. The recipe calls for 4tsp of lemon juice . I just used all of the juice from a squeezed lemon. Also I used the kind of garlic that comes minced in a jar from the grocery. Add a little water if necessary. Serve and enjoy!
