Hummos Dip

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
- 1⁄3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄3 cup tahini sauce
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
- paprika, and
- olive oil (to garnish)
Directions
- Drain and rinse garbanzo beans. Put in food processor. Add remaining ingredients and process for 2 minute Spread on platter. Drizzle with Olive oil and sprinkle with paprika. Toast round pitas in 400 degree oven for 10 minute Cut into triangles. Serve
- (Tahini can be found in local fruit markets or import stores.).
