Hubby's Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookies

The ULTIMATE homemade chocolate chip cookie. Hubby says these are better than sex. I'll let you be the judge.

• Yields: 60 cookies

Ingredients

• 1  cup brown sugar
• 1  cup granulated sugar
• 1  cup canola oil
• 2  eggs
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1  teaspoon baking soda
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 2  cups  semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 2 1⁄3 cups all-purpose flour (I use Pillsbury)

Directions

1. Combine first 4 ingredients and mix well.
2. Add next 3 ingredients and mix well.
3. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
4. Add flour and mix well.
5. I use my hands for this.
6. Refrigerate cookie dough while you heat your oven to 350°F.
7. Once oven is heated, roll cookie dough into 1 inch balls and place 1 1/2- 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
8. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until the tops a just starting to brown.
9. Don't overcook.
10. Let the cookies cool on the cookie sheet for 1 minute.
11. Transfer onto waxed paper until cool.
12. Store in an air tight container, or cookies may be frozen then reheated.
