Ingredients

  • 1  egg
  • 1 (70 g) packet  maggi seasoning
  • 2  teaspoons butter
  • 2  teaspoons cheese
  • 150  ml water
  • 2  teaspoons  pizza sauce
  • 12 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Break the egg in a small bowl, add pepper and beat nicely. Set aside.
  2. In a pan bring water to boil.
  3. Add the Maggi along with the masala and cook.
  4. Let the water evaporate completely which will take around 2-3 minutes.
  5. Take off the heat.
  6. Add the egg on it and mix nicely.
  7. Heat the butter in a non stick tawa.
  8. Now add the Maggi and spread over making a pizza like round shape.
  9. Cook for a min on low heat.
  10. Flip over and spread the pizza sauce over it.
  11. Add the grated cheese all over, let the heat be in simmer, cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes Remove and serve.
